Offer description

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the MYOB accounting software and process financial transactions such as invoicing, entering purchases, reconciling bank statements, onboarding new employees, and preparing payroll.
- Ensuring daily takings from the cafes are entered into MYOB, reconciled, and handled correctly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and café managers to assist in managing stock, place orders and ensure timely and correct delivery of goods.
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating events and catering services.
- Provide general administrative support to the café managers, such as printing menus, creating display labels and managing office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably with café or catering experience.
- Experience with MYOB AccountRight accounting software.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
