There is currently an opening for an experienced Site Manager to start in a new project from the planning stage. The project is a $20M new-build at one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious private schools and involve multi-level suspended slab construction with an architectural facade and will be built in an operational environment.
The Site manager will be responsible for a well-resourced team consisting of foreman, apprentice and labourers. The successful SM will be responsible for overall planning and strategy and coordination of all site activities as well as interfacing with client reps and ensuring OH&S compliance is constantly met.
