Regional Sales Lead Opportunity
This is a newly created role in the APAC region, based in Sydney, responsible for developing sales and relationships across all channels including value-added resellers (distributors), direct to hospital and equipment manufacturers.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in sales, preferably within the APAC region within the medical device market. They will be able to manage and grow customer relationships, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region
* Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers across APAC
* New Business Development: Proactively research, identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within key markets across the APAC region
* Regional Travel: Undertake frequent travel (estimated 40-60%) across the APAC region to meet with existing and prospective clients, attend industry events, and build market presence
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and be proactive and outgoing, with a can-do attitude. They will also be able to work within and across departments, and have a wide degree of creativity and agility.
Benefits: Substantial base salary and OTE total earnings $350K+
