Job Summary
This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall performance of a cinema. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervisory roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing cinema operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximisation;
* Grow Revenue Ahead of Market;
* Maximise Asset Performance;

* Provide leadership and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence;
* Carry out duties and responsibilities of a General Manager during their absence.
Requirements
* 1-3 years' supervisory experience in retail, food service, or hospitality/leisure environments;
* Previous experience with sales figures preferred;
* Experience in achieving sales targets;
* Senior First Aid Certification;
* RSA (Relevant to state/territory requirements);
* RMLV (Relevant to state/territory requirements);
* Approved Manager Licence (Relevant to state/territory requirements).
