We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Grants and Contract Officer.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality service to support the delivery of contractual compliance with financial and procurement frameworks, assurance, and contract management system administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake a range of project support activities, including systems use, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and coordination of information and education materials.
* Assist with the preparation of documents, including plans, briefs, reports, submissions, and drafting correspondence as required.
* Provide quality, comprehensive information, report analysis, and evidence-based advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Research and prepare documentation, including drafting of memorandums.
* Manage effective security over confidential and sensitive records and information.
* Ensure the effective flow of information, requests, and communications are properly recorded and managed using records management systems and other reporting systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong client-focused service and facilitation skills, with a commitment to high personal work standards and delivery.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the procurement lifecycle, grants processes, and contract management practices.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with good organisation skills and a flexible attitude.
* Proven ability in preparing correspondence, including reports and submissions, with good attention to detail.
* Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with both public and private sectors.
* Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to collate and evidence quantitative data, trends, and projections.
