What You'll Do
* Manage general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Oversee project cost tracking, budgets, and profitability reports
* Support payroll and employee expense processing
* Ensure compliance with QBCC and construction accounting principles
* Work closely with Accounts Manager and leadership to provide financial insights
* Assist with audits and liaise with external accountants and tax professionals

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
* 3–5+ years of accounting experience — construction industry experience a plus
* Strong knowledge of job costing, and WIP reporting
* Proficient in Databuild, or similar accounting systems will be advantageous
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and communication
