As an employee of Beach Byron Bay, you would also be joining one of the fastest growing and most diverse restaurant groups in the country, Fink, which includes many of Sydney's most iconic restaurants and most recently a restaurant in Brisbane.
Positions Available: Cook, Commis Chef, Demi Chef, Chef De Partie.
What we are looking for:
Experience in seafood food, fresh pasta preferred.
A team player who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment.
Excellent communication skills and time management.
Ability to work mornings, lunch and/or dinner shifts and weekends according to business demands.
Demonstrate the ability to constantly work well under pressure.
Have a current working permit in Australia.
Key Duties
Lead and manage a section in the kitchen.
Section management - stock take and ordering.
Assist in training and coaching junior chefs and apprentices.
Adhere to HACCP practices.

1 year of relevant work experience required.
Working rights required: Australian work visa can be provided.
Salary
$70,****** – $80,****** per year.
Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per week.
