Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing high-quality drawings including floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, internal drawings, plumbing and slab layouts, and façade details.
* Working closely with our senior draftsman and sales team to ensure all drawings meet client specifications, timelines, and design intent.
* Contributing ideas and innovative design solutions that enhance functionality and style.

What you'll bring:
* Proven drafting experience within residential new homes.
* Minimum 4 years' experience using ArchiCAD.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
* (Highly desirable) Diploma in Drafting, Building Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and confident decision-making.
