We structure our partnerships to promote true collaboration and best in class work across our agencies)Role Purpose:The Finance & Systems Manager will ensure the accuracy and full delivery of all PMX Media Accounts and Billing. This role supports the wider team by owning the Media Finance & Systems function.End-to-end ownership of media reconciliation process, running client media invoices and system maintenance.You will:Drive strong collaboration with finance and system stakeholders.Help train agency teams and junior team members on APEX loading and overall processes.Media reconciliationInvestigate discrepancies, by querying with APEX team or Agency teams as required.Escalation point for resolving Account Queries.Manage reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.ANZ systems process optimization and automaton.Define, review, and streamline end to end APEX finance processes for offline/ digital/ products drive efficiency. Ensure this is documented and on a shared platform with all key stakeholders.Review efficiencies/ processes and continue to solve gaps – test solutions.Ensure operational excellence – SF data integrity, revenue reconciliation, billing process.Drive automation – loading process, inventory management, billing process, MBAs.Drive consistency where relevant across ANZ.Work with PMX Consult to future-proof products.Provide support to PMX Media Intelligence for system solutions.Forecast revenue accuracy.Work closely with commercial teams to drive data integrity of forecasts across offline and digital and drive tight revenue reconciliation process.Interrogation of forecasts/ strategic business review of increases/ decreases in revenue.
