About the Role
Our Digital and Innovation Strategy team within our Digital function is expanding and in search of a dynamic Associate Product Manager to spearhead our digital innovation initiatives. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll navigate the full product lifecycle, identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, managing stakeholders, and launching digital technology trials that redefine the in-store experience. You Will
• Be responsible for the detailed planning and execution of the product roadmap and collaborate with technical teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new technologies.
• Monitor and report on progress against roadmap milestones, adapting strategies as needed to meet objectives and timelines. This includes preparing comprehensive materials to communicate project statuses, insights, and outcomes with broader teams, including executive summaries, performance analytics and lessons learned.
• Be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and fostering collaboration across departments to support digital innovation efforts. As well as organising and supporting presentations, workshops, and meetings to align team members and stakeholders.
• Have the opportunity to work independently on confidential greenfield projects and collaborate with other areas to define and create omnichannel solutions.
• Employ your exceptional collaborative and problem-solving skills to engage with stakeholders across the board, driving consensus, making decisions, and maintaining momentum in project execution.
You Have
• 2+ years of experience in product management or project delivery in the digital realm, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or digital consumer products.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, change-driven environments and adept at using tools like Confluence/JIRA. Proficiency in PowerPoint for crafting compelling content is required.
• A solid track record of working closely with technology and engineering teams within large and complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate product decisions effectively and manage stakeholder relationships with clarity and confidence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
