**About the Role**:
The **Facilities Manager - Electrical **will provide day-to-day technical support to the operations team, including the development, implementation and ongoing management of initiatives and actions.
**Security Clearance - Australian Citizen & Must be Fully Vaccinated.**
**Responsibilities**:
- In close consultation with the Account Manager, direct and manage the Facilities Management technical service components for the asset maintenance at the Site to ensure optimum FM services.
- Accountable for Project delivery across all sites.
- Conduct Monthly Operational Site reviews with the client.
- Manage the client's building's minimum regulatory compliance requirements for FM services, including identifying gaps in compliance.
- Deliver the asset maintenance management strategy for the FM services.
**Skills/Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities.
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Trade - Electrical, Electrical Licence and experience in high voltage.
- Experience in Facilities Management.
