About The Role
As a key member of the Workforce Management Systems team, you will support business analysis across workforce systems, focusing on EA interpretation, documentation of system enhancements, and requirement gathering for implementations. You will also provide analytical and reporting support to the Labour Centre Manager and WFM Systems Manager, working with Data Analysts to deliver insightful labour reporting.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing and interpreting EAs, Awards, and LOAs for system configuration.
2. Auditing workforce management system configurations to ensure correct payments and entitlements.
3. Developing reporting requirements and dashboards for labour cost insights.
4. Supporting Industrial Relations with data analysis during EA negotiations.
5. Documenting business requirements for system enhancements.
6. Creating use case scenarios and user guides for workforce systems.
7. Gathering requirements for new site implementations and system integrations.
8. Improving rostering processes and employee experience.
9. Identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
10. Responding to internal user requests and providing BA support.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Business process mapping and research skills.
* Experience with system implementations, BRDs, and FRSs.
* Testing, UAT, and user training expertise.
* API understanding and experience.
* Knowledge of modern awards and industrial instruments in relevant industries.
* Workforce management experience in relevant sectors.
* System administration knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
* Proficiency with Microster, SQL, Sisense, and ERP systems.
Desirable Experience
* Experience with TMS, Oracle, Connect, iChris, Jemini, and Deputy.
