Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join the Wood team at the Ampol Refinery in Brisbane.

For 10+ years, Wood has held a Maintenance contract at the Lytton Refinery in Brisbane, Australia and have been heavily imbedded into the Ampol culture with a strong focus on team alignment across the contracting teams.
Our team of engineers, planners, supervisors, team leads, quality control, contract management, mechanical and electrical technicians, logistics, payroll, site administration, project management and human resourcing are committed in producing and distributing petroleum and fuel safely and efficiently to customers and stakeholders.

Expected: A minimum 3 - 5 years' HSE experience, ideally in a lead role Demonstrated leadership in supporting a learning and generative culture A formal qualification in health and safety Demonstrated experience working on maintenance and construction projects Previous experience working in energy or industrial services environment would be an advantage Relevant experience in Root Cause, Tap Root or ICAM investigation methodologies.
