Make a difference in the lives of sick children and join our vibrant organisation as a Supporter Data & Insights Coordinator. We're recruiting for a 0.6 FTE part time role, based in North Fitzroy with flexibility to work across multiple RMHC VIC & TAS locations as needed. This is a hybrid role with 2 days on-site and 1 day working from home.

In-line with its mission, Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania (RMHC VIC & TAS) has dedicated more than 37 years to keeping families closer to their child with a serious illness who require treatment and support across Victoria and Tasmania.

What we're looking for:

An analytical and mission-driven Supporter Data & Insights Coordinator This exciting new role sits within our Marketing and Fundraising team and will be integral in managing and optimising our donor data systems (hello, Salesforce), ensuring our work is powered by data integrity, actionable insights, and supporter-centric segmentation. You'll collaborate closely with the Supporter Marketing team to enhance campaigns, improve donor experiences, and drive strategic decision-making across the Chapter.

With a passion for excellence, you'll turn numbers into narratives, insights into action, and data into deeper supporter experiences.

What you'll be doing:

* Maintaining and optimising data quality and compliance across all supporter touchpoints
* Segmenting and analysing donor data to support personalised supporter journeys and fundraising campaigns
* Creating reports and dashboards that reflect our mission and measure success
* Collaborating with the Supporter Marketing and Experience team to align data use with campaign goals
* Proactively testing CRM features, integrations, and workflows to enhance supporter experiences
* Contributing to process improvement and innovation in supporter experience
* Participating in Salesforce Champions Group and Chapter-wide initiatives

Who are you?

You're a detail-oriented data whiz who thrives on turning spreadsheets into stories. You love precision, take pride in the power of clean data, and get excited by the role insights play in building lasting supporter relationships. You bring a solutions-focused mindset, collaborative spirit, and deep respect for the role supporter data plays in growing the Chapter mission.

Ideally you'll have:

* High-level experience with Salesforce and digital fundraising systems (eg, Funraisin)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and email platforms (eg, Ortto)
* A track record of delivering accurate reporting, audience segmentation, and campaign support
* Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automations
* Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards
* Experience in a not-for-profit or fundraising environment (highly desirable)
* Excellent time management, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
