The pharmacy holds a strong presence in the town, serving as a key healthcare destination for locals.
Job Specification
This is the perfect Pharmacist Manager opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers. The pharmacy operates with a lower script trade and provides full-time support from a Dispense Technician and shop staff, meaning you will have the time and capacity to offer detailed counselling and high-level service.
The role is sole-charge, operating Monday to Friday with a paid break each day, and is well-suited to someone who values the forward dispensing model and strong customer interaction. Ideal for a Pharmacist-in-Charge looking to step into a management role. It is also equally suitable for someone with management experience already.
Computer system is Minfos.
Skills Required
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
* Forward dispensing mindset with excellent customer service skills.
* Previous experience as a PIC or in a leadership capacity preferred.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently with support from the pharmacy team.
Salary & Benefits
$60+/hr plus super (negotiable depending on experience).
Paid daily break.
Monday to Friday roster - no weekends.
