Job Title: Senior Cadastral Surveyor
Job Description:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Surveyor to lead our survey team in delivering high-quality cadastral solutions to our diverse client base.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the survey team, including training, systems & processes, quality, quoting, and compliance.
* They will also be expected to manage survey budgets, forecasting, and revenue targets while developing relationships with clients and business development when needed.
* Responsibilities will include conducting boundary/cadastral surveys in greenfield estates and older established urban areas, liaising with clients and/or their contractor in respect of their needs by phone, email or face-to-face, and ensuring consistent workflow for field staff.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cadastral/boundary surveys, a willingness to adopt technologies and contribute to improving efficiency of processes, and competent knowledge of AutoCAD/BricsCAD & Magnet Office.
* They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good level of self-organisational skills, and a valid White Card.

Requirements:
* Must be a Registered Land Surveyor with BOSSI NSW.
* A completed Degree in Surveying.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience surveying in Australia.
* Extensive experience in cadastral/boundary surveys.
* Willingness to adopt technologies and contribute to improving efficiency of processes.
* Competent knowledge of AutoCAD/BricsCAD & Magnet Office.
* Experience in the interpretation of engineering and construction plans and documents.
* Understanding of the construction process and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
* Competent knowledge of modern surveying equipment and techniques.
* Ability to manage a significant workload.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good level of self-organisational skills.
* Valid White Card.
* Be able to adhere to the company's integrated Management System procedures and company policies.
