Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Milton on a Permanent Full-Time basis
We are seeking multiple Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general enquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between 5:30am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.
**Your day will involve;**
- Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
- Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
- Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- Punctual, professional and reliable team members that look forward to joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
- Enthusiasm and customer focused individuals that are willing to be an integral part of a busy contact centre team
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
- Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers are provided exceptional customer service
