Location
Located just two hours south of Perth, Bunbury is regional WA's largest center, offering pristine beaches, city amenities with country charm, and an abundant supply of fresh ingredients—from ocean-fresh seafood to farm-direct meats and organic produce—delivered daily to our kitchen.
About the role
In this role, our ideal Head Chef will be a culinary professional who can translate our sustainable vision into exceptional dishes while adding their unique experience and creative flair.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Crafting innovative dishes with local ingredients that delight repeat customers
- Leading/inspiring our established kitchen team
- Ensuring exceptional food quality across all culinary operations
- Designing exciting menus that showcase your expertise
- Upholding rigorous safety standards while managing our kitchen efficiently.
What we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights highly preferred
- Min.
2 years previous Head Chef experience (Sous Chefs also considered )
- Strong knowledge of food trends, techniques and menu development
- Proven skills with nose-to-tail cooking approach
- Excellent time management and communication skills
