About the Role
HPS is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Lakeside in Joondalup. This permanent, full-time position has arisen due to the expansion of Joondalup Health Campus, one of Western Australia's largest hospitals. Joondalup Health Campus is a public and private major tertiary hospital serving Perth's northern suburbs, offering advanced medical, surgical, and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
* Provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
About You
* Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
