Field Service Job Description
* Conduct daily service and repair tasks, including assembly and installation within the assigned region.
* Perform routine maintenance activities and respond to field calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide service, maintenance, and fault resolution for two-way radio communication products and systems.
* Undertake programming of Analogue, DMR, P25 & Tetra radio systems.
* Perform triage and Level 1, 2, and 3 repairs of two-way radio equipment.
Additional Details:
* Organize final inspections, testing, and packaging as required.
* Perform equipment testing.
* Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours servicing.
* Service and maintain base sites.
