Operational Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team in a critical role. As a Team Leader, you will oversee Bulk Delivery Operations and provide essential support to other sites within the South Australian Region.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Livest Orica's safety values and drive operational discipline.
* Train, lead, and motivate a skilled team of MCU Operators;
* Provide analytical/decision support to Territory manager on continuous improvement plans.
* Coordinate logistics of raw materials, equipment, and MCU Operators/Fitters/Vendors.
* Ensure operational processes meet Orica standards and customer expectations.
* Manage change, projects, people, reports, and customer meetings.
* Maintain professional relationships within the organization and with customers.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in UG Charging operations, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong fault-finding and mechanical aptitude; Cert IV Trainer Assessor Qualifications (or ability to attain).
* Qualifications in frontline management and project management demonstrated.
* Knowledge of the UG mining/explosives industry is essential.
* Effective communication skills, written and verbal; Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite Skills Essential.
* Sound knowledge of good operational practices and regulatory requirements.
