Job duties and responsibilities
* Overall project management in DB and PPP tender processes:
* Support in the selection process of design teams
* Coordination of design teams in all phases
* Coordination with involved departments (DN, MEP, OBC, Procurement, BIM, etc.)
* Coordination with concession partners, contractors, and others as applicable
* Contractual management of agreements with design teams
* Review of project documentation to identify errors, deficiencies, and/or omissions
* Review of compliance with current regulations
* Management of standards and technical specifications within the projects
* Review of constructive solutions
* Review of Energy Efficiency requirements
* Review of compliance with the functional program
* Project cost planning and control
* Development of alternatives and proposals:
* Development of Value Engineering to optimize costs and timelines
* Analysis of the project in relation to the functional program
* Analysis of project quantities and measurements
* Technical support to projects during the construction phase
Qualifications
* ARCHITECT or ARCHITECT
Experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction sector
* Minimum 5 years of experience in overall project management
* Essential experience in Technical Office / site-based roles on projects over €100M
* Valuable experience in special building projects (hospitals, airports, stadiums, towers, etc.)
