The Opportunity
EBM is currently seeking a proactive Account Manager for our high-performing team based in West Perth. This position will have responsibility for key client account management while contributing to success through new business development and retention across various sectors.
Reporting to an experienced Regional Director, areas of accountability include:
1. Maintenance of client relationships and provision of a superior client experience throughout their end-to-end policy/claims lifecycle.
2. Leading client meetings, including discussing uninsured risks.
3. Handling and directing client enquiries accurately.
4. Renewal marketing & negotiation.
5. Claim settlement negotiation.
6. Assisting with new business development.
7. Coordinating processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
8. Preparing proactively for renewals, including obtaining claims information.
9. Preparing reports and documentation for clients and insurers.
10. Providing general broking and technical support to the Regional Director to support overall team success.
