Job Description The Company Our client is expanding their Service Desk Team and is currently looking to add a First and Second Line Service Desk Officer to their service desk team on a 8-month contract basis. The Role You will be the core contact dealing with level 1 and 2 support queries over the phone and via email. This role is customer focused and would ideally suit a service desk technician who has over 12 months experience providing 1st line support. Your Skills Providing Level 1 and 2nd ICT support. Configure, Install, and test and monitor ICT network equipment, software, servers, and other infrastructure. Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure. Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
