Manage a client portfolio as a New Graduate or Provisional Psychologist, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and strong team culture.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
* Completing initial assessments and identifying suitable goals.
* Identifying barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
* Organising appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
* Providing vocational counselling and conducting vocational assessments.
* Attending medical appointments with clients.
* Completing reports after assessments and meetings.
* Communicating with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment.
* Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work.
* Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
* Collaborating with in-house Board approved supervisors and specialised consultants.
* Participating in regular team activities, social events, and company-wide conferences.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
* Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (Graduates with an honours degree in Psychology are eligible).
* Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
* Car and valid Driver's license.
* Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
