This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to deliver world-class broadcast experiences.What You’ll Do:Set up and test in-field audio and communications systems for live and studio productions.Ensure all comms facilities are operationally ready by hand-over time, maintaining neat and professional setups at all times.Collaborate closely with the Audio Director and Technical Manager to understand the scale, scope, and timing of each project.Travel to production sites across Australia, including weekend and evening work – particularly in sporting event coverage.What You’ll Need:Proven experience with Riedel and/or RTS communication systems (or similar).A solid operational understanding of audio consoles, especially LAWO and Calrec.At least 3 years of experience in television broadcasting, ideally with technical knowledge at an Engineering level.Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed – this is the nature of live broadcast!The Perks:Extra 5 days of leave per yearSalary continuance insuranceTravel discounts & Qantas Club membershipEmployee rewards and wellbeing supportFree onsite parking (depending on location)Supportive, inclusive, and energetic team cultureThis is a rare opportunity to work with the best in the business on major productions across Australia.
