Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration professional to fill this role.
About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time position requiring strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office environment and be proficient in using SAP and other relevant software packages.
* Performing administrative tasks including data entry, accounts payable and expenses processing
* Managing vendor and purchaser accounts, including reconciliation and debt collection
* Maintaining accurate financial records and identifying areas for improvement
* Supporting colleagues in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in an office administration support role in a busy environment
* A passion for agriculture or farming industry
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP
* Proactive approach to work and excellent organisation skills
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
