You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the safe and timely construction of large-scale concrete structures across the project.
The project entails delivering high-quality FRP works while ensuring all aspects meet safety and quality standards. This involves coordinating with project engineers, site managers, and other stakeholders to plan daily activities and identify potential issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating day-to-day concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, and pours
* Leading site crews to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
* Interpreting engineering drawings and construction programs
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
* Maintaining accurate daily records and site documentation
* Identifying risks or delays and providing practical solutions
About you:
* Proven experience supervising concrete or FRP works on civil infrastructure projects
* Rail experience is highly regarded but not essential
* Able to manage high-performing crews and subcontractors
* Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental protocols
* Confident in reading technical drawings and coordinating works to program
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
