About the Role
Activated Concepts is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager – Mental Health Services to lead and expand our mental health offering.
This role forms a key leadership position within AC's executive team, responsible for transforming our Victim Services program (currently 1–2 staff) into a comprehensive private psychology service. You will expand therapeutic and assessment supports, strengthen referral pathways, and build a sustainable, high-performing clinical team.
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist with staff supervision experience and a clear vision for service growth. You will also work in close partnership with executive managers in Aged Care and Disability to deliver integrated, person-centred care across sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Transition AC's Victim Services program into a comprehensive private psychology service.
* Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to a small but growing team of clinicians.
* Expand service offerings to include therapy and assessments (ADOS-2, ADHD, and other psychometric tools).
* Build strong referral pathways through engagement with GPs, psychiatrists, schools, and other health/community networks.
* Ensure service compliance with Medicare, Aged Care and NDIS Practice Standards, governance frameworks, and organisational policies.
* Collaborate with the executive team to align Mental Health, Aged Care, and Disability programs.
* Promote a values-based culture of wellbeing, quality, and continuous improvement.

About You
* Preferred: Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated staff supervision and team leadership experience.
* Experience in psychological assessments — ADOS and ADHD assessments highly regarded.
* Proven ability to grow or establish new services in psychology or mental health.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, evidence-based interventions, and NDIS frameworks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
