**What this role entails**
A Customer Service Representative conducts various tasks including but not limited too
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Supporting our customers throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle
- Entering customer orders and requests
- Maintaining positive customer relationships

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Geelong, VIC 3215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
