The Role
As a part-time (26.5 hours) Assistant Store Manager at Williams Bathurst, you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience.
You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What you'll do:
Create memorable customer moments every day
Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
What you'll bring:
Previous retail or customer service experience
A passion for team development and coaching
Solid operational skills and attention to detail
