**Building Coordinator - Contract & Sales Administration**:

**The Role**
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the sales contract administration process for all sales. This involves ensuring all documents are correctly populated and signed and all information from listings, sales and contracts is kept up to date within our CRM, Salesforce.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing contracts, checking details and issuing to the relevant stakeholder
- Supporting the sales team by tracking deposits and receipting payments
- Train agents on contract processes
- Liaise with clients for finance approval/bank statement
- Raise stage claims and manage debtors
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- 2 years proven experience in Contracts Administration, preferably in property
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements of contracts
- Keen attention to detail and able to spot errors
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to liaise with varying seniority levels, departments and external stakeholders
