About The Role
Public Sector People are recruiting for multiple AO3 Service Officer positions to work in the call centre of a state government department. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
The office is located in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, and you are expected to work in the office full-time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, develop and maintain procedures to ensure effective functioning of the Housing Service Centre.
2. Deliver customer service over the phone.
3. Maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative services, delivering timely and quality support.
5. Support and maintain a workplace safety culture by adhering to Workplace Health and Safety policies.
