About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Consumer & Carer Engagement Lead to coordinate feedback and complaints processes across hospital, community and prison-based services. In this role, you’ll be the central contact for feedback, support fair and values‑aligned complaint resolution, and drive meaningful engagement with people with lived experience. In this role you will: Analyse feedback to spot trends and insights. Deliver high‑quality reports for decision‑makers. Partner across teams to drive improvement and compliance. You’ll bring: Experience managing consumer/carer feedback and complaints in health or human services Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to write clear, professional responses and reports Proficiency with Microsoft Office and incident/complaints systems (e.g., RiskMan) Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience Mediation training (highly regarded).
