Front Office Team Lead

As a Front Office Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for every patient. You will be the face of our practice, greeting patients, managing appointments, and maintaining a calm atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage front-office operations with confidence and poise
* Support and mentor reception team members to ensure excellent patient service
* Ensure seamless appointment management and communication

This role requires an individual who is warm, professional, and compassionate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have proficiency in computer skills, multitasking, and time management, as well as the ability to display confidence and reassurance in all patient interactions.
