Our Industrial Access Division serves the industrial, oil, gas, and mining sectors, specialising in providing permanent, contract, and interim personnel to deliver those services in a timely and professional manner.
Position Overview:
We have created a new role which is responsible for all commercial and administrative duties associated with our contracts, from the estimation and award stages, through to completion.
You will support the Contract Administration and Project Management teams with estimation, contract management, procurement, and cost control functions across multiple large projects across Australia.
Based in Beenleigh, this is a full-time permanent, office-based role.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Administrator (2+ years)
· Academic qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. (Mandatory)
· Demonstrated technical understanding of estimation, budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
· Experience in accounts receivable and reconciliations.
· Experience in Project management and Accounting software
