With purpose led roles across residential care, retirement living, home and community care, health and wellness, social experiences and corporate teams, our workforce deliver impact for our residents and customers.The role: ACH Group are seeking Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group’s Residential Care Home Perry Park located in Port Noarlunga on a fixed-term contract from 23/7/2025 - 30/1/2025 with a strong possibility of ongoing employment beyond this period.Work hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to FridayWorking closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers whilst ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.What You’ll DoYou will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practiceSupport the utmost wellbeing of residentsUndertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventionsMaintain accurate documentationLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residentsAbout You!You are a talented and passionate Nurse.
