Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced individual to provide support and referrals to victims of crime and their families. The successful candidate will work closely with other agencies to address client needs and promote recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide intake and assessment for victims of crime
* Offer phone and face-to-face support to clients
* Work collaboratively with other agencies to address client needs
* Develop and implement individualised support plans
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or related field
* 5 years experience in trauma-informed practice and crisis response
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
