The Position
* Identify, qualify and target new business opportunities
* Build relationships and develop trust with SME and multisite decision makers
* Ask the right questions to truly understand potential customer needs
* Assist to tailor solutions to drive business growth and deliver service excellence
* Develop and report a strong sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle
* Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate records to support successful outcomes
* And, most importantly, be confident to ask for the business!
The Requirements
* Naturally competitive nature and confident communication style
* Strong commercial acumen and the emotional intelligence to navigate high-stakes conversations
* Experience in a people engagement role with a focus on new and repeat business outcomes
* Ability to achieve results in a remote working structure
* Enjoy having accountability for results and reaping the rewards of success
