Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end sales for
Managed Shared Services
offerings (IT services, shared operations, managed solutions, etc.)
* Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across target industries
* Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with delivery, solution architecture, and pre-sales teams to create tailored client solutions
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the Australian market
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
Managed Services / Shared Services / IT Services / Outsourcing
* Strong understanding of managed service delivery models and commercial structures
* Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling within the
Australian market
* Prior exposure to
IT Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Shared Services
* Existing network across Melbourne or broader Australia
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
