Accounts Clerk - 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract

Who We Are:

Australian Caravan Centre is a family-owned and operated business with five caravan dealerships along Australia's East Coast. Although our name is relatively new, we bring over 39 years of industry experience, manufacturing trusted brands such as Supreme and Leader Caravans.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Craigieburn. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive environment where your attention to detail and accounting skills will be highly valued.

Full Time Hours
Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour + Superannuation

12-Month Maternity Leave Contract

Starting ASAP, with training provided. Opportunity to extend beyond 12 months.

What You Will Be Doing:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Daily bank reconciliations.

Preparing weekly payments for review and approval.

Daily banking.

Supporting Payroll

Costing and verifying of staff commissions

General Ad-hoc tasks.

Multi-site Accounts

About You:

Must have prior experience of 1 – 2 years in a similar position with exposure to both accounts payable and receivable

Proficiency in accounting software such as Eclipse, MYOB, QuickBooks, or Xero

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems easily

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Flexible mindset with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
