Job Overview
The primary role of the Executive Assistant to Infrastructure Director is to provide high-level support to the Director in a local government organisation.
* Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule ensuring timely meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and other events requiring Director's attendance.
* Prepare, review, and edit important documents such as reports, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
