Executive Group Manager, Delivery – Housing Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Group Manager to lead our team in delivering cost-effective facility management services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and be able to manage complex infrastructure projects.
The role involves leading all aspects of major infrastructure projects including technical management, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution. You will also be responsible for providing expert advice to the Director General, Head of Service, Ministers, and Cabinet on the delivery of the housing capital program.
In this role, you will work closely with individual ACT Government Directorates/agencies to develop key housing-related policies, programs, and communications. You will also build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry bodies connected to residential construction, public, community, and social housing developments and development finance (public and private).
* Key Responsibilities:
o Lead the delivery of cost-effective facility management services;
o Manage complex infrastructure projects including technical management, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution;
