About the opportunity
The Business Support Officer is an integral part of homecare operations and trusted centralised source of information and control points bringing together homecare programs, systems, processes and diverse stakeholders specifically around our Client Management System (CMS) currently The Lookout Way.
Sitting in the Homecare Administration and Business Systems team (ABS) The position has well rounded knowledge of all homecare programs, effectively communicates with all stakeholders across Homecare services and underpins a centralised data intake and support model.
The positions' primary function is
* To maintain complex key data sets in our CMS, with a high degree of accuracy. Including but not limited to, funding requests and creation and management of Homecare packages. Requires a thorough understanding of the inner workings of homecare programs and how various roles and teams operate.
* To be a trusted source of information to all stakeholders, from Regional Managers though to support services staff on Homecare CMS processes.
* To monitor and action homecare central Contact points - inboxes, MAC, NDIS, DEX, VHC portals. Including but not limited to creation of NDIS service bookings and matching CMS funding ensuring correct setup and no over rostering of funded programs.
* Perform ongoing data integrity checks to identify and fix errors, including any one off rectifications and provide input to systems team for root cause analysis.
* Works closely with and supports systems team on operationally facing CMS components, such as rostering or program management.
* Assists the Invoice Checking Team (ICT) with the timely processing of invoices
