Project Architect
We are a leading architectural practice specialising in high-security projects for government and police clients. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our ranks.
About the Role:
* Manage projects from concept through to construction documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive drawing packages.
* Ensure quality control and uphold professional standards.
* Report directly to senior directors.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
* Defence clearance (highly desirable).
* Police check required.
* 5+ years post-graduate experience, preferably with Defence and/or government projects.
* Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
* Detailed knowledge of construction principles, NCC, and Australian Standards.
