**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate daily operations, including safety, security, maintenance, compliance, and events
* Build resident satisfaction by creating a vibrant and inclusive culture throughout the community
* Implement financial budgets and manage financial performance
* Ensure correct implementation and ongoing village compliance with all policies and procedures

**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in a customer-facing management role
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience in developing, implementing, and managing financial budgets
