The Opportunity
Join the Dean's Unit of the School of Nursing and Midwifery as an executive support officer to the Dean.
We seek a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual to support senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diary, correspondence, and committee functions.
Coordinate travel and expenses for the Dean.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Support strategic projects and initiatives.
About You
Experience supporting senior executives in complex environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and high workloads.
Proficiency in administrative systems and document preparation.
Highly organized and professional.
