Due to their remarkable growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Performance lead to join their team. This role involves taking the reins of existing digital channels and campaigns and proactively finding ways to implement change and find efficiencies using appropriate metrics and data & analytics, to propel brand awareness, conversion, and growth.
**High - level Remit**:
- Guide the development and delivery of external digital marketing campaigns across all Display & Search channels
- Collaborate with the Campaign Lead and Social & Content team on campaign optimisation and planning
- Utilise data & analytics to inform decisions and enhance targeting and personalisation of campaigns across digital channels
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all digital marketing campaigns for accurate reporting
- Lead the media agency to improve and optimize paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively use first party data to drive qualified leads, expand target audience and reach and drive conversions.
- Monitor and track campaign metrics to guide improvements and develop strategies as well as pinpoint areas for improvement
- Excellent analytical skills and experience delivering insights around overall performance
- Ability to work collaboratively and as a team player
