Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set‐up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role
We are looking for a Merchandiser in Norwood.
Casual hours of up to 25 hours per week. Hours will vary weekly depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Hours are not guaranteed weekly due to quieter periods.
Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Friday an essential day. Starting early March.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful Candidate Will Have
* Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
