Key Responsibilities:
* Network Infrastructure Management - Ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure.
* Technical Problem-Solving - Resolving complex technical issues across the OSI model, from routing and switching to wireless optimization.
* Project Implementation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network projects and initiatives.
* Knowledge Sharing and Documentation - Developing and maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles to support troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in network engineering or network support roles.
* Hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki networking hardware and dashboard administration.
* Experience in an MSP or multi-site enterprise environment.
* Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ accreditation or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, QoS, and wireless optimization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
